1. Kiteboarders must be certified by PASA (Professional Air Sports Association) or other recognized training organization, and have their certification card with them.
2. Each kiteboarder will be asked to sign a liability waiver form.
3. Each kiteboarder will need to bring his or her own equipment.
4. There is a $100 fee per kiteboarder per week of unlimited kiteboarding.
